My Work Oasis Mindful Anti-Stress Tactics (MAST) five 50-minute classes or individual consultations help you learn quick and easy activities to directly reduce the impact of stress on your body and mind. A more focused mind and an energized body means you can quickly and creatively tackle challenges at work and at home.

You can do most of the 60+ techniques, drawn from acupressure, chi gong, tai chi and yoga, in a small space. You are NOT required to sweat, change clothes, bring yoga mats, lay on the floor or to move in any way that may cause you pain.
