My Work Oasis Stress Management Program’s five 50-minute classes help you and other employees learn quick and easy activities to directly reduce the impact of stress on your body and mind. You can do most of the 60+  techniques, drawn from acupressure, chi gong, tai chi and yoga, at your work station.

Your time is valuable so activities were carefully chosen to effectively and rapidly help you remove body tightness in the areas most impacted by stress. Different breathing techniques and introductory focus exercises also help de-stress your body and mind. A more focused mind means you can quickly and creatively tackle challenges at work and at home. This stress management program does NOT require you to sweat, change clothes, bring yoga mats, lay on the floor or to move in any way that may cause you pain.
